"Nah. Not today." Travis smirked.

"Watson... why don't I get to be... oh. Nevermind." Kendra grinned.

"Why's that?"

"Don't get to be who? A sexy female assistant?" He asked sarcastically.

"You're not my bride." Travis pointed out. "Yet."

"...Oh, okay. Sure." Kendra smirked. "I was going to say Sherlock but then I called you Sherlock, so."

Selene grinned slightly. "Maybe after this is all over with."

Duncan laughed lightly. "Yup you did."

All of a sudden Travis swung her off his shoulder so she was standing in front of him, and knelt down on one knee in front of her. He took one hand in both of his. "Selene Marjaana, after this apocolypse ends, will you honor me by giving me your hand in marriage?" He patted the one he was holding, looking up at her with a grin but his eyes showing how serious he was.

Kendra nuzzled her head against his with a smirk.

Selene stared down at him, her eyes softening as he asked the question. She smiled happily and nodded. "Yes, of course I will."

Duncan smiled and kissed her softly. He looked up when he heard music and people laughing. "I guess it's near by..."

Travis stood up straight instantly, joy showing his eyes though every other inch of him remained arrogantly optimistic. He kissed her, surprisingly gently, and hugged her. "Thank you. I don't have any ring for you, so you'll have to settle for this hug." He laughed to himself.

"Great job." Kendra said sarcastically and grinned.

Selene kissed him back and hugged him back as well while still having her smile. She shook her head and hugged him more tightly. "I don't need a ring. You're more then enough for me."

"Sherlock solves yet another case with his fabulous and sexy assistant Kendra."

Travis smirked and kissed her forehead.

"Yay." Kendra grinned and shook her head.

Selene smiled again rested her head against his shoulder. "I love you."

Duncan kept walking until he reached an area where the double doors had been left wide open. He stepped inside and looked around, seeing some older adults in one corner of the large room as well as many different age groups spread out. He set her down and looked at some different games that were set up. "Where too?" He asked with a grin.

"I love you too." Travis said, stroking her hair.

"...Er... you pick... there's too many to choose from."

Selene closed her eyes, trying to keep back a few tears of joy that wanted to escape. 'I can't believe that he was right in front of me the entire time.'

Duncan walked over to a pinball machine and turned to her with a smirk. "Should we see if you're as good as you say you are?"

Travis looked down at her and frowned. "Selene? Did I do it wrong?"

Kendra grinned. "Yeah. Good, I get to beat your ass on the very first one."

Selene laughed quietly and shook her head. "No, you didn't." She smiled up at him. "Tears of happiness."

Duncan laughed and tipped his head pridefully. "You can try to beat me."

"...Tears of happiness?" Travis asked, as if he had never heard of such a thing in his life.

"I'll try, and succeed." Kendra said confidently.

Selene smiled and nodded. "I'm happy you asked me, I'm happy that I have you, that you're here with me right now." She put her hand up to his cheek and kissed him. "I couldn't ask for anything else."

"Then show me what you got."

Travis nodded as she spoke and kissed her back, sighing. "I'm glad."

"Oh, I will." Kendra said with easy confidence as she walked casually toward the pinball machine. "Thing is, does it need anything in order to play?" She wondered, tilting her head.

Selene grinned and rested against him again.

Duncan shrugged. A boy that had been playing not far from them walked over and offered some coins. "It's good for one game. They've got more up front too."

Travis said, "Where to now?"

Kendra nodded gratefully to him and took the proffered coins, putting them into the machine and glancing at Duncan. "Ready?"

"Wherever is fine with me, darling." Selene said with a grin.

Duncan nodded. "Yup."

Travis frowned. "But that doesn't help me..."

Kendra is going to assume there's two separate games to play against each other's score, and stood at the one to the right.

"No?"

Duncan went to the one beside her and smirked.

"Well, I don't care either. So we're stuck."

Kendra waited as the numbers went down to begin and started playing once it released the pinball.

"So we are." Selene grinned.

Duncan also started playing as soon as the pinball was released.

"I don't like being stuck."

Kendra kept playing, wracking up points quickly.
