Duncan grinned and hugged her closer to tickle her still.

Selene smirked and got dressed quickly.

Freia continued to laugh uncontrollably, trying to block his hands off.

Travis did the same and took her hand, walking out of the room and down the hall.

He grinned and let her go, lookiing up at Kendra and Zack. "What now? Should we go find trouble to get into?"

Selene smiled and followed after him, looking up at him.

Freia moved over to stand next to Zack. "But if we get in trouble that wouldn't be a nice way to thank these people for letting us stay here." She pointed out.

Travis looked back down at her and grinned at her.

"... Man you are no fun." He teased.

Selene smiled back at him.

"But it's true!" Freia whined.

Travis is going to reach the hospital wing and stepped inside with her.

Duncan laughed a little. "I know, I know."

Selene kissed his cheek and walked inside. "Grace?"

Grace looked up from her cup of coffee and sighed. "I'll go get it."

Freia grinned. "We could go... exploring!"

Travis held an arm around Selene's waist and rested his head on hers.

Duncan looked at her and looked at Kendra.

Selene smiled lightly. Grace went over to a set of curtains and pulled them aside, fiddling with it to turn it on. She waved Selene in, looking for the gel. Selene kissed him before moving over towards the curtain.

Kendra smiled a bit. "We could. But someone seems to think I need carried, so you'll just have to deal with that."

Freia tilted her head, and looked at Zack eagerly.

Travis let her go willingly and sat down to wait. He glanced over to where Acacia was lying and raised an eyebrow. He looked toward the curtain Selene was behind again.

[ I kind of died. Again. I'm a horrible person. Where do you guys want me? ]

Duncan smirked. "You like it though."

Selene came out with grace a few minutes later [because I'm lazy] and went back over to Travis. "The baby's fine." Grace said. Selene smirked and poked his arm.

"You need to worry less."

Kendra grinned. "So? You make others jealous."

Travis nodded and hugged Selene tightly, smirking.

Selene smiled and hugged him back.

Kendra nodded with a smirk. "Well, of course."

"So, shall we go?" Travis whispered in her ear.

Daniel had gone back to the building and had closed himself off from Callum, not wanting to deal with his bullshit. But finally he exploded. He lunged out of his room and tackled Callum into a wall—wherever he was at least—and growled, "You have no clue what's happened. Well, you're about to find out."

Duncan grinned and picked her up in one fell swoop. He looked back at Freia and Zack. "Lead away."

Selene nodded and kissed his cheek.

Freia grabbed Zack's hand and ran out with him, pulling him down a hallway.

Travis wrapped an arm around her waist again and walked out, heading down the hall toward the entrance.

Zack ran after her and looked back at Duncan. Duncan laughed slightly and ran after them both.

Selene smiled and walked beside him.

Kendra smirked and said, "I get to be lazy today," in a part sing-song voice.

Freia eventually slowed down and looked back to make sure they were still there and smiled, continuing on at a walk.

Duncan laughed and walked after them, looking around quietly.

Freia said, "Where do you wanna go? Outside, just around inside?"

Travis skips yey. Not for real. He reached the edge of town with Selene and looked at a house. He went over to it and slowly pushed the door open so it creaked dramatically. He felt his adrenaline begin to pump, the way it always did before a kill. He looked at Selene. "Do you want to split up?" He grinned with the insane face of a mass murderer—even for a Soul Searcher.

"We should probably stay inside." Duncan said.

Selene grinned at his zealous for killing and nodded, looking around the house with disdain now. "Let's see how many this one holds."

Freia nodded. "Alrighty."

Travis squeezed her hand. "Not many, probably." He smirked and stepped away, heading into a different section of the house.

Duncan looked down at Kendra. "Alright with you?"

Selene grinned and walked the other way.

Kendra shrugged. "We could just walk along the walls a bit if we finish with this base earlier. It is smaller." She pointed out.

Travis stepped into a room and closed his eyes, listening. He heard the faintest sound of breathing, and the creak of a floorboard. Immediately he whirled around and held up a knife to block the oncoming gun hilt going down toward his head. He kicked the oppressor back to identify it as a young woman, probably about seventeen. He paused, staring at her. He was shocked that he didn't even seem to find anything interesting about her, anything that would have made him take her. Selene kept popping into his head.

Guess those days are over. He thought, surprised there was no depression in the thought. He lunged forward when she tried to take advantage of his distraction and stabbed her in the stomach. Blood gurgled in her mouth and Travis raised the knife, slitting her throat and letting her drop. He sighed in relief when the aches in his scars faded a bit.
